If you haven't noticed I hardly ever post on this blog, and i figured that since Dustin paid some nice money for a new blog that he would have to compromise and just let me blog over there my family photos. If I have too many I will have to post here but I will be there most of the time. here you go....

Kids PLaying in the water
So here is another series but this day the kids were playing in the water.
In this one, I love the big image because it shows Cameron being such a boy!
Woo, hoo, lets run and slip and slide, or just run into it and run away!
Okay so this one was pretty darn cute! Madison noticed Aspen playing with her Barbie, so she went over and took the Barbie, and the end is her onorey face that she got them back, but the fact is that Aspen still had them.
Yummm!!! Cherries!

Kids outside
So if any of you wonder what we do every day almost all day, this is practically it. I sit outside on our swing, and the kids play with the neighbor kids. We swim in our little pool, they write on the sidewalk with chalk, they ride their bikes, and well they just play.
I had to get these shots because i know that we are going to get Cameron's hair cut soon, and those baby curls are adorable!
Making paint with chalk and water, it makes a thick sort of paste.
This would be Cameron doing hand prints, and showing me "look mom...."

First Camping trip (of the season)
Since Memorial weekend is the biggest camping weekend of the year (since its the real first weekend of nice weather) I decided that we would go camping. I hadn't really worked out any of the details, just that we were going to go somewhere. Then I was talking to my sister Aimee and she mentioned that she was going to Bear Lake with Corey's parents. So I asked if we could tag along and sleep in a tent and all. And that is what we did. It got down into the low 30's at night and rained on us the first night, but it was okay. We stayed at the Blue Water Resortwhich is a nice RV park. It had a swimming pool and a hot tub, and was right on the beach of Bear Lake. The only downside was that we didn't have individual fire pits, there was one community fire pit.
This was Camerons first camping trip, and he did not sleep very well the first night. He woke up at 1:30 am and about 2:30 Dustin decided to take him for a ride to see if that would get him to calm down and sleep, around 3:30 he fell asleep, and Dustin stayed in the Van with him. From 3:30-6:00am he tossed and turned and so finally Dustin woke him up and had him play for a while and then he fell back asleep for about and hour and that is when we all woke up. WHAT A NIGHT!
I am so grateful to have such a father for my children. I really appreciated Dustin getting up with him and taking care of Cameron for me. He is such a patient man with our children, he is my other half, and I am so glad that he is mine.
On to the rest of our camping trip. So then the next day the kids wanted to go swimming so what the heck its only about 60 degrees, they went swimming and had fun and didn't want to stop. Then that night I cooked Taco Surprise (my dad made this when we would go camping as kids) and then we went to the fire pit and had some marshmallows and grilled cheese sandwiches (with our camp cooker) and YUMMY cherry pies. Kyleigh had made a friend and she invited her to have marshmallows with us and she joined us and then Kyleigh and Madison went to their camp and watched Cartoons. Thats about all we really had a good time. and Cameron slept better the second night!
Oh yea Cameron LOVES dancing, in the last picture he is dancing to Gwen Stefani.

Cameron Turned One!
On May 22 2007, Cameron was born a whole 10 lbs! And now it is already one year later and he is cruising around, spinning, running, playing and making everyone laugh. He has been so much fun to watch grow up, Having a little boy is different than girls, in one way he absolutely LOVES balls, he is so fascinated with them! He is such a great addition to our family, and we have so much fun with him. The girls just adore him, and cant seem to ever leave him alone. He is our entertainment most days because he is so much fun and is so silly!
It was so nice to have everyone that was able to make it to his birthday to celebrate it with us. Because of his fascination with balls we got him a small basketball hoop, and for about an hour we had some of the adults (you know who you are .... Courtney) playing with it. I tried playing with a lot of black and whites to see how I like it so let me know what you think.
Enjoy

My new Spot
On Tuesday the 20th we took the kids to a spot that I have had my eye on for a while to take some pictures of them. We bought Kyleigh, Madison, Cameron, and Aspen all matching shorts and shirts. And well...Madison HATES to wear shorts! She refused to put on the shorts that we had bought her, even though if she did, she could wear mascara, and get to go out to eat, and every other plea of a parent that we could think of. SO we gave in and let her wear her pretty dress. The pictures, turned out awesome, and I am going to take the kids there individually and spend more time with them. Enjoy.
